Out of the more than 240,000 people that Virginia’s Community Colleges serve across the commonwealth each year, only a handful of second-year students are selected for a Fellows program.
The Fellows programs provide full tuition, book expenses, fees, and exclusive opportunities to participate in a unique curriculum of intellectual and cultural activities. A cornerstone of these programs is community engagement, a feature demonstrated by each Fellow volunteering 80 hours of service in their area during the academic year to help strengthen their leadership skills and develop a strong foundation for future success.
